Typhoon Two

Two was a category 11 typhoon that hit Japan as Cat. 1, China as Cat. 11, Russia as Cat. 10 and it moved to North Indian Ocean and was also known as Severe Cyclonic Storm BOB 06. Category 11 typhoon at peak, and JMA Peak is a typhoon. Two was known as the "China Typhoon" while it was by China at peak. China reported that 2-minute winds were blowing at 355 mph when it hit the area. JMA  reported 10-minute sustained winds were blowing at 345 mph, so the 1-minute sustained winds were blowing at 385 mph. 395 mph were 120-minute sustained.  1,256 people were killed. Power outages for China were 5 years, and for Russia 4 years. The typhoon crushed flooding to China and Russia. Two was the strongest landfaller. China was the strongest landfall. May 17-26
