The deadliest in the season, it hinted puerto rico as a cat 2, florida as a cat 1, and cuba as a tropical storm. It has killed 122 people and people have said it killed 123 since the remains made a storm (New Foundling Winter Storm of 1765) and the storm killed 1. This might of pushed puerto riches island down by a centimeter. This storm was also the first to hit Puerto rico, Dominic Rep. and haiti.

Hurricane Cindy was the first hurricane to ever hit central america as a Hurricane! Whats even more amazing is that it was the first to ever cross oceans! it had killed 46. next hurricane killed 122.

This storm was dubbed as the least active in its own hurricane history list. But this season had broken many records!
